The front desk employee by the name of Jessica, received my family with such grace and professionalism her attitude is the kind that one wants to see upon checking into a hotel. I traveled with 15 people and she treated each one in a friendly manner, going out of her way to give my grandchildren color crayons and books and a small tick tack toe toy for my grandson who enjoyed it very much. Would like to add the servers in the restaurant, handled my big family each morning as we had breakfast in a friendly manner and made sure we all got our meals and drinks.

We checked in late and they very kindly allowed us to have access to the lounge where there were snacks because all the restaurants were closed. This was quite nice.
