Great location to Americas Mart. Clean good price. The service was top notch, probably the best I have had in years.

Did not encounter one unfriendly staff member. Everyone was so helpful. Valet, front desk, restaurant staff, and housekeeping were very accommodating. This was one of the best hotel stays for me and my family. I will recommend this hotel to others and will book here again in the future. Chef Mario's grits were the best that I have ever had. I wish that I could remember everyone's name. Especially the front desk and valet staff. All were top-notch.
The room was great, the breakfast was great, the staff were lovely. Great location to public transport & popular tourist attractions.
Very clean, well maintained hotel. It looks like they renewed the rooms recently. Especially the bed is very very comfortable. All the reception personel are very nice, polite and friendly. There are restaurants, a bakery and other grocery stores around the hotel.
