Property was very chic and modern! We definitely enjoyed our stay! Facilities were all very new and very clean. The restaurant was great for breakfast, the tv in the room was perfect and up to date (had Netflix), and the staff were friendly!
I was able to find a parking spot in the lot. Lot is small however. If visiting during a busy time, it might be difficult to find parking at the hotel.

Cool art district vibe for a different Vegas experience. Room was efficient, nothing fancy but nicely appointed. Shower has nice complimentary products.
Off-strip location in the Arts district, easy access, free parking, ev charging, nice pool.
