Excellent value for money.
Never once saw the floors mopped in communal or private rooms. On arrival to the hotel at 1.30 am. Room keys were not ready and had to wait for them to be allocated. Not too big a deal as reception bar is open 24 hours but if I had young children this would have been an issue
Большая ухоженная территория. Много цветов. Газоны и кусты постоянно стригут. Территория чистая.
Еда практически круглосуточно (ночью для заезжающих поздно есть сэндвичи в лобби баре).
Несколько бассейнов. Есть детский бассейн с горками. Есть дневная анимация.
В стаканах/кружках/бокалах в основном ресторане ресторане остатки еды. Хочешь выпить вина - окей, но в стакане плавают куски рыбы и запах соответствующий.
Вилки жирные и бывают тоже остатки пищи на них.
С тарелками лучше, но тоже бывает прилипшая еда.
Русскоговорящая девушка на ресепшене безразлична к проблемам.
Сначала дали номер с видом на очень неубранную (с кучей мусора) хозяйственную территорию. В номере был сломан душ. Девушка на ресепшене говорила: "Ничего не могу сделать. Кто-то же должен там жить". Номер сменили на следующие сутки после обращения к Guest Relations менеджеру (но пришлось повозмущаться тоже, т.к. сначала ответ ресепшена был "придите еще раз потом").
Был в этом отеле 2 года назад и тогда мне он понравился. Сейчас - нет. Урезали всё, включая анимацию.
Не рекомендую отель до тех пор, пока не исправят проблему с грязной посудой в основном ресторане.
Персонал в ресторане о проблеме знает, отвечает об этом со вздохом и словом "sorry". Вероятно, что-то не так с посудомоечной машиной.
Некоторые гости с детьми ходят мыть посуду сами перед использованием в туалет или протирают мокрыми салфетками, обдают кипятком (обсуждают проблему между собой).

пляж не уютный, безопасный заход в море только с пирсов, либо с сос��днего пляжа. Персонал шокировал больше все, грубияны, хамят всем подряд, при нас был случай мужчину барменша обрызгала средством для мытья посуды. Алкоголь вообще жесть, только водка, виски, бренди, ракэ, вино, пиво! ни мартини, ни бейлиза, ни шампанского, ничего! 2 вида сиропа и то не всегда в наличии. хама тоже колхоз, парилка 60 градусов, ни больше, грязно и не уютно. ну самое печальное-это барменши, многим гостям просто отказывают нет и всё, лень вставать им. Людей тьма, со всех закрывающихся отелей понапривозили, вообщем не рекомендую. Совдеп!
