Next - we had a room with pool view and everything was perfect! I liked live music and the artists every evening. All the programs they have on 29 October was amazing!
At first we had a room on the side - view to the Luna hotel windows - very noisy
The hotel was a lovely place, 5 pools and the hotel its self was really nice. Because of covid the food was not as it was before covid but it was still nice and there was lots of choice around the hotel and down the beach. A truelly amazing time we had thanks too the staff we have stayed there twice now and both times brilliant
Because of covid the food was not as it should be but there was food in the restaurant and the snack bar and on the beach so something for everyone.
The rooms are lovely big beds and comfortable good aircon. And mini bar filldd each day beautiful hotel

They looked after us well and service was superb. We didn't want too leave was made too feel at home. We was worried about it after reading some reviews but they are not telling the truth a truelly wonderful hotel and great service!

Вечером большая очередь в лобби баре. Нет свободных шезлонгов после 9 утра около бассейна.
Отель на 5 звезд не тянет, я бы поставила 4.5, но мне очень понравилось питание и сервис персонала. На мое Ден рождение прислали бутылку вина и тарелку фруктов, плюс персональная карточка менеджера. Все очень открытие и доброжелательные! Анимация работает на все 100, музыка, йога, водное поло, дротики!
В начале нас поселили в номер над кухней, соотвественно был запах от вытяжки, потом нам поменяли номер без проблем.
