It is situated right near the Kleopatra Beach, at the base of the cable car up to the castle. If you want to walk to the castle, just exit the hotel and walk to the right and you find a staircase to take you up. Then another staircase just to the left as you exit the first staircase that takes you to the top.
Almost all of the staff is simply amazing, very attentive.
While my "do not disturb" light was on, someone came into my room, moved some things and left. This really scared me and made me feel unsafe as a female solo traveler. That whole day i was shaking from this and inadvertently lost my card key. The reception guy then charged me 10€ for losing the key due to being scared and told me i was drunk and that's why i lost it. I barely drink which all the staff knew. Finally a manager sorted it the next day after i slept that night with the chair propped up against my door. A real pity. And the food was mostly underwhelming, especially as a vegan.

В этом отеле нравиться всё: Отель 16+, питание просто отличное, дружелюбный персонал, расположение отеля. Отдыхаем 2 раза в год, приезжаем только сюда как домой. Встречают как родных.

Останавливаюсь в этом отеле уже второй раз, и второй раз - все просто прекрасно! Питание, уборка, чистота в номере, быстрый WiFi. До пляжа Клеопатра - 2 минуты (буквально только выйти из отеля и пройти 200 метров).

Приезжаем в этот отель уже второй раз. Соотношение цена/качество очень хорошее! Расположение прекрасное - все рядом, до лучшего пляжа города 3 минуты пешком. Питание очень хорошее, разнообразное. Не знаю каких изысков ожидают те, кто пишет плохие отзывы, но нам все очень понравилось. Мясо есть каждый день, много овощных блюд, разные сыры, зелень и сырые овощи фрукты, разнообразные десерты - все было прекрасно. Еще в один вечер в половине города погас свет, на улице было уже темно, так вот в отеле за минуту включились генераторы и вообще не было никаких проблем. Все работало в штатном режиме.
Единственный минус - это очень жесткие матрасы на кроватях. Но мы к этому привыкли.
