It is situated right near the Kleopatra Beach, at the base of the cable car up to the castle. If you want to walk to the castle, just exit the hotel and walk to the right and you find a staircase to take you up. Then another staircase just to the left as you exit the first staircase that takes you to the top.
Almost all of the staff is simply amazing, very attentive.
While my "do not disturb" light was on, someone came into my room, moved some things and left. This really scared me and made me feel unsafe as a female solo traveler. That whole day i was shaking from this and inadvertently lost my card key. The reception guy then charged me 10€ for losing the key due to being scared and told me i was drunk and that's why i lost it. I barely drink which all the staff knew. Finally a manager sorted it the next day after i slept that night with the chair propped up against my door. A real pity. And the food was mostly underwhelming, especially as a vegan.
