It is a good mid-tier hotel with very good food and a great location. The staff at the spa are polite and friendly, and the rest of the hotel staff are also courteous and hardworking. The room was okay — overall, a pleasant experience.
The air conditioning was working well, but it was old and not fully functional, as the direction of the airflow couldn’t be adjusted.
Smoking is technically not allowed in the restaurant or in the rooms, but almost everywhere else is allowed, essentially the whole hotel outside is one large smoking area, so everything smells like cigarettes.
This is especially an issue around the children's pool — they could consider banning smoking there, both for the sake of the kids and to provide at least one smoke-free area for non-smokers.
Location is perfect, close to the beach and the city center.
Meals are excellent with great variety, the only thing missing was some herbal/fruit teabags
Staff is friendly and helpful.
Free wifi is available only in the lobby, rather week and busy as most of the tourists try to connect to this free wifi network.
Rooms were worn out especially bathrooms, they should be refurbished. A/C equipment should also be upgraded as they were noisy, you could hear the noise even from the neighbouring rooms.
Great hotel with an ideal location, near the beach in 2 minutes walk, many restaurants, cafes and stores. We took only breakfast, very good many varieties of cheese, coffee machine, juices, omelets. The hotel is all inclusive. The room is clean, the linens are good. We were given a room with a view of the sea from a bit of a corner, but still great. The parking lot next to the hotel is 10 lira per day. The staff is helpful. All in all thank you.
