WiFi didn’t work. Breakfast is mediocre.
Good location close to beach and city.
The cleaning/maintenance at Bavyera was good.
The room the first week at Bavyera was well cleaned.
The room the second week at Bebek hotel was not clean, we had to clean it ourselves.
The welcome was so there.
The staff were not accommodating and service oriented.
Was not accommodating when we were to change rooms after a week. Couldn't at f.m. let us know which room we would check in at e.m.
We needed e.g. help with contacting the airport shuttle because they didn't come to the hotel, they didn't want to help with this.
