I like the cleanliness of the place and how things were placed. It's convenient for people to have a resting place that is near to a mall and to an event location.
Served its purpose. we participate in TOUR DE ILOILO. The Iloilo bike festival was LITERALLY outside the property. Its very convenient and walking distance to festive walk mall. The property is clean and comfy.

Staff and unit owner are very welcoming and accommodating. The place is quite clean and cozy. We liked the ambience. The unit has an amazing view over the pool area.
Price was cheap base on its location. Did not expect free wifi, large smart TV with Netflix and Yotube was avaiable. Kitchen was complete with electric stove top and toaster. The 4 pools and 2 fitness center is superb.
