Very accessible to everything since it is located just across SM City. Staff is very accommodating., the room is clean and other areas. We have not tried the pool. Breakfast is good.
Everything was great in Injap Tower Hotel, especially staff which is very professional, helpful and kind for the guests. Great is that floor desk is 24 hours opened. Personnel help you immediatelly with your baggage after arriving. When you need anything staff is quickly in your room. Houskeeping cleaning rooms everyday is great, cleaning is well done and fast also. As for the guest it was also very pleasant to recieve shampoo, conditioner, lotion, dental kit, coffee, water etc. everyday after cleaning. Hotel restaurant serves tasty dishes in affordable prices and meals are big you feel full after eating. During my 2 week stay politeness of employees made me smiling everyday. I love this hotel ♡
Stayed here many times great location, great view from the restaurant on the top floor.
Rooms were being cleaned everyday and toiletries also replenished everyday.
Staff are nice and approachable. We had a smooth check in. Good location because it is also accessible to public transportation and there is a mall across the property.
