Perfect location. A couple of hundred meters to the Cathedral, restaurants, cafes & the Loire River walking and bike paths. Very light and airy apartment with everything catered for. On the top level of a gorgeous old wooden spiral staircase. Onsite parking (not for large cars).

The apartment is very centrally located. Few steps away from Place du Martroi - the central square of the city with the statue of Jean D'Arc and Hotel Groslot (the building is virtually opposite the freely accessible pretty little park of Hotel Goslot). The Cathedral St. Croix, Museum of Fine Art as well as historiscal City Center are all within walking distance. Parking is in a garage nearby, all included in the fees. The building looks pretty, especially inside. The massive wooden staircase is impressive. The apartment is in attic and there is no elevator. The apartment is very nice! New, clean and bright. There is coffee maker; kitchen is well equipped. For 2 people it was very comfortable stay. Check-in without staff worked well and communication went well too. A bit unusual that guests are supposed to take out the trash at the end. I guess it's kind of common in France.
