Victoire and all of the staff at the hotel were welcoming and helpful. They made our stay so enjoyable. The hotel is located in a great area to walk to all of the sites. Breakfast was a good value.
I liked a convenient location, proximity to all the sites, shopping and dining options. It is a modern, well maintained hotel with friendly and accommodating staff. Front desk is amazing, cleaning crew is top notch. Restaurant open 7/7, which is a great option in case of a bad weather or weekend arrival. Great food there as well. I visit Orleans twice a year and am planning to stay there again.
Excellent location within easy walking distance of the cathedral and other historic sites. Wonderful, friendly, helpful staff. Close to a number of good restaurants. Nice swimming pool and sauna area. And they let our dogs stay with us; there’s a park nearby with bins for disposing waste.
The proximity of the tramway was great, so was the parking on site. I enjoyed the pool/sauna area very much. The staff was very nice and helpful. The onsite restaurant was a great option for continuous restauration.
The staff was friendly, helpful, and bilingual. The breakfast was good. The location is excellent.
