This is me perfect apt stay in Nice! Location is ideal, right on the outside of Old Town, next to Place Massena and the Promenade. Beds are comfortable, AC works, it’s owned by a woman which means it actually has extras and comforts that men don’t usually think to include. Host was communicative and very helpful. Highly recommend this apt.

Our experience was excellent. A host met us at the apartment to let us in and show us around and give us the keys. Excellent location near beach and old town of Nice. Close to tram, supermarket, restaurants and shops. Well appointed apartment. Would definitely recommend to couples or families travelling in Nice and surrounds.

Very comfortable bed, Nice soft sheets , A water filter so you could drink good tasting water out of the sink. Very nice place, clean very cute. Excellent location. Parking in a garage around the corner.

This was honestly the best place we could have stayed in Nice! The location couldn't have been more convenient and the flat was beautiful and clean. The concierge was the loveliest and most helpful lady. Well worth the money we paid!
