Very welcoming host, large room, bed and bathroom. Easy parking and good access to the autoroute. The evening meal was very good but maybe a little expensive. It is a useful overnight stop from Calais to the south coast and a nice change from the usual chain hotels.

Super large room and comfy bed with spotless linen which was covered over and revealed with a flourish by the maitre de. The hot water supply was quirky and the notice 'lent' (slow) was accurate but when it arrived it was a lovely shower. Situated in a charming village and near to Argenten sur Creuse and a good spot to explore Le Brenne national park that most people drive through on their way south. Very good evening meal

Verrassend verblijf, met riante ruime kamer. Persoonlijke ontvangst en contact met het personeel. Sfeervol terras, uitstekend eten.

Sfeervolle Auberge met een hele vriendelijke eigenaar. Hij doet alles om het je naar de zin te maken. De keuken is heel goed en betaalbaar. Het dorp ligt afgelegen, maar toch niet ver van de snelweg. Een uitstekende plek voor een tussenstop. 's Nachts is het muisstil. Het kan wat warm zijn in de zeer ruime slaapkamer, maar met de ramen open en de ventilator aan, is dat zo opgelost. Een echte aanrader.
