Very welcoming host, large room, bed and bathroom. Easy parking and good access to the autoroute. The evening meal was very good but maybe a little expensive. It is a useful overnight stop from Calais to the south coast and a nice change from the usual chain hotels.

Super large room and comfy bed with spotless linen which was covered over and revealed with a flourish by the maitre de. The hot water supply was quirky and the notice 'lent' (slow) was accurate but when it arrived it was a lovely shower. Situated in a charming village and near to Argenten sur Creuse and a good spot to explore Le Brenne national park that most people drive through on their way south. Very good evening meal
