Lakeside view. Balconies. Washing machine. Krupps Nespresso machine (same as ours at home).

The bedroom and living room were spacious. The view was very good. It was a short walk to grocery stores, restaurants and shops.

Perfectly located to walk to the old town in just a few minutes. The apartment is only a few meters from the lake itself. The rooms were quiet and comfortable

This is a large apartment and very comfortable. Everything within the apartment was well appointed. The lake across the road is a bonus and the town of Annecy is only 10 minutes away at an easy stroll. We were going to hire a car, but the car park situated at the complex did not have designated car bays and at times there were no bays available, however, for our stay we didn't need a car.

Great location, right next to the Lake with a nice swimming area. Apartment was clean and tidy. Balcony was good at night to sit and look at the lake.
