Great location, easy to access to lake and Annecy, nice little balcony, good facilities, clean and modern, great that we could store bikes in the garage and good comms from Margaret the host.

Excellent location within a short walking distance to the city center. The apartment is modern, spacious and well equipped. A large balcony with a nice view of the lake.

Great location giving a short walk into the centre of town. The apartment itself has everything you need to move straight in and relax immediately, particularly important as a family doing a lot of travelling. Our contact Sonia was extremely communicative and friendly, so we had all the information we needed and checking in and out was very smooth.
