A cozy, well-equipped apartment with a charming kitchen, tasteful decor, and great attention to detail. The quiet neighborhood and beautiful window views made us feel at home instantly. Perfect for those driving, with easy highway access and private gated parking. Just 600m from Old Town and 500m from Carrefour Express—plus, UberEats is an option! We hope to return in summer to enjoy the balcony barbecue. Leaving was bittersweet—everything was amazing. Huge thanks to the owners and agency for this wonderful stay!
Well located by the river, on the edge of a housing estate- a very easy and pleasant 10 minute walk into the old town. Train and bus station, and new town also close, and a nice patisserie just across the road. Apartment lovely- very bright, airy, quiet and extremely well equipped- even had Netflix and Amazon Prime etc apps on the large tv (you’ll need your own passwords to access them, though)- nice to watch a film after a long, hot day of hiking! Couldn’t think of anything else we needed, and everywhere pristine clean. Very comfortably furnished and large balcony with comfy chairs, too. The 2 bikes were a real bonus, well maintained, and great to use on Annecy’s excellent (and mostly flat) cycle paths!
Definitely one of the best apartments we’ve stayed at on extensive travels. Didn’t get to meet the host, Sandrine, but she was very attentive via messaging and always responded very quickly to any questions- many thanks for such a memorable stay.

Gut ausgestattet, tolle Lage in fußläufiger Entfernung - an der Thiou Promenade entlang - zur Altstadt
In max. 15 Minuten Fußweg am Fluss entlang ist die Altstadt gut zu erreichen. Ruhige Wohnanlage.
Gut ausgestattete und schön eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Der Concierge Alexandre ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
