The location is great if you want to visit the old city center or the naval yard often. There are a lot of small grocery shops nearby. I could easily find a free parking spot every day, and my car remained undamaged. The kitchen has everything you need. The host Mate was helpful, he did a room tour, brought some items that we've asked for that weren't in the apartment initially. He speaks English. The apartment is very clean. There is an A/C in every room. No annoying neighbors. Good value for the money spent.

Spacious apartment! We were a family of four and felt very comfortable staying there. It's relatively close to the beach and located very near the old town, which is perfect for walks. The host was friendly and welcoming. All of this made our stay in the beautiful city of Zadar truly enjoyable!

This is very nice two bedroom apartment with a very well equipped kitchen, dining room and sitting room. Beds were very comfortable, the bathroom is specious and equipped with the washing machine. Even though the building itself is not refurbished for a while, the common areas are very clean and maintained and the apartment is fully renovated. The whole apartment is airconditioned. The location is perfect. Some 200 meters (maybe less) from the bay bridge which leads to the old town. Our host Mate is an excellent guy, very helpful, always available for any assistance. A free of charge public parking is available around the building. We really recommend this property for a stay of a family or two couples.
