The front desk staff, the building itself was beautiful, the room was beautiful and clean and my bed was very comfortable.
I enjoyed the location.

The location was terrific, very close to the Pile Gate. The hostel was clean. The kitchen was well stocked and clean, if you chose to cook. Michael is friendly and welcoming.
The staff was so great and kind, especially when I was struggling. They also had a lot of good suggestions for things to do. The location was amazing.
