The reception staff was really helpful and gave very throughout expalantions of the area and how to get to center. Room was comfy, nice patio area.
Clean rooms. Hotel is outside of Karlovy Vary. Surrounding is quiet wich my family liked.
No restaurants around the hotel, but plenty in KV.
The hotel is located outside of Karlovy Vary and close to the woods. When we arrived we got a warm welcome and the guy at the reception gave us a map and some useful information about the area. The room was clean and spacious. They have a nice terrace. The breakfast was simple, but good.
Breakfast was good, staff were very helpful and gave us a really good introduction to the area. Comfortable, clean and surrounded by beautiful countryside.
Location in middle of the forest was great! Easy to go there by car, and parking area was next to hotel.
