Perfect location. I like the dormitory bed style. Good value for Zermatt. Accommodating staff. Thanks for giving me a lower bed as per my request. I will stay here again for sure.
Location is excellent just several steps away from train station.
Ideally located in front of Zermatt train station and next to the Gonegrat furnicular station, and a short walk to Coop, McDonald's and other eateries and shops, the check-in and check-out process was easy. Luggage storage securely available with a key card, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was nice to sit with other guests in the shared kitchen, dining and living areas.
