Great location near the train station and walking distance to the lake and parks.
Location, ease of contactless check-in are top and definitely advantage.
It's a pretty basic and a bit older place but I needed the room for a couple of calls and to sleep - the rest of the time I had work outside so it served my needs.
The hair dryer worked, warm water was available, normal and functioning shower - all the basics are covered and this is what I was looking for.
The coffee maker was a bonus, a recommendations on where to buy coffee could be helpful (or to have a bit of coffee available but it's not realistic for this attractive price).
I have stayed here before, so I knew what to expect. This time, I stayed for just over a week. The place is a basic self-catering accommodation. The bed is reasonably comfortable. The kitchenette is pretty minimal. Good enough to make breakfast or warm up prepared meals, but not really enough for cooking. There is no sofa or armchair, only the bed and two simple chairs. Shower and bathroom are fine. There is plenty of storage space provided.
The reason I keep returning to this place is that the location is very convenient. It is close to the main rail station, but not in the actual city centre. There are a number of decent to good restaurants along the Bvd. de Grancy, within five minutes walk, as well as several bakeries, cafes, a supermarket and more.
