We had a room with a beautiful view of the lake. The room was spotless and the breakfast was delicious. This is our second time staying at this lovely hotel and hope to return once again!
Amazing staff. I had big deals due to flight issues. The staff closes reception at 11:30pm but managed to give me alll the information I needed. Great care and concern that everything was clear. They even stayed later so that I could make it. Nice room, great location with lake view.
The location at the port of Ouchy is superb, particularly when one's room has a view of the waterfront as mine did. Every morning and evening I made a point of walking along the waterfront and enjoying the beautiful view and watching the local people enjoying themselves. With the included guest card giving complete access to city public transportation, access to the old town and train station, both a considerable elevation from the waterfront, was easy regardless of the weather as the Metro stop was less than a five minute walk from the hotel.
The location, the views to the lake, the room’s set up, fans (quite hot in summer and no AC), and the hotel’s restaurant.
I like the location and the neighborhood of the hotel. It's very close the lake. There are several eating places around. Transportation is not a problem.
