Friendly helpful staff. Large rooms with balcony and great views. The rooms and upstairs and shared living room area is clean enough but downstairs the reception and stairs need a deep clean. Breakfast was good and very generous and is served on the patio at the rear of the building. On the third morning we asked to eat upstairs in the shared space as there are so many monkeys trying to sneak up and grab the food on the patio. A member of staff needs to be present to chase them away which is not overly relaxing. The hotel arranged onward transport for us at a great price with a friendly driver. The location is great and despite a few housekeeping issues it is still a great value hotel.

It's well located and the Sri Lanka breakfast was great. But the communication with the staff was hard and the room was not great: a lot of mosquitoes, no ventilation in the bathroom, almost no light and blinking lamps. I think we got the worst room.

Everything was fantastic! Amazing Host, gave us great advice of exploring around, did our laundry, prepared some welcome tea. Breakfast was fabulous - local Sri Lankan. Cozy room with balcony. All of that for a great price. Wonderful!
