A wonderful host that is very kind and supportive. Great value and quality.

Very cheap and a short tuk tuk ride away from the ancient city. The owner was so nice and very helpful during my stay. He was always making me tea, helped me sort out a tuk tuk and also recommended somewhere really good and cheap to eat. The room I stayed in was very basic but it was very cheap and fine for a nights stay.

The host is the kindest. He gave me free tea and let me borrow his bicycle for two days! Walkable from the bus station and town center. A/C available upon request (with a fee).

Luxman was a very helpful host and he will help you with any issue that you may have. He also helped with booking a tour for us for a very fair price. It's a good place to stay for the price.

Luxman the host of the guesthouse is very attentive. He takes care of your needs and always tries to help. He helped us with negotiating with a bad tuk tuk driver, and got us a good rate for a tour to see Polonnaruwa. He even got us fruits from his garden. Some of the rooms had AC and was working fine.
