Fabulous location overlooking lake - great alternative to staying in Polonnaruwa or Sigiriya for a bit of a treat.
Had an amazing view from the balcony - saw monkeys in the trees during day and had an amazing firefly display at night!
Rooms were of a high standard with very strong air con to combat the heat.
Has a lovely pool which was much used in the heat - you can sit and enjoy the view from here and the restaurant.
Good variety at breakfast.
The staff were amazing. Especially in the restaurant-they were kind, professional and so helpful. Especially with my children. No ask was too small. Reception was excellent and very helpful in arranging tour guides or drivers for us. I cannot say enough about how excellent the staff were. Property was gorgeous. Beautiful Christmas dinner. Excellent food in our 3 night stay.
We love the environment over there. Nice view from our room which was awesome. Had a good time at the hotel. Food is also delicious.
