The best thing about the property is all the staff! They can’t do enough for you. Thanks to Kolani, Varna, Suppon, Ashit, & Sugath and the others that I didn’t get their names.

Suppon made a lovely meal for me on my last night, thank you again.

Breakfast is a feast & plentiful, it’s Al la Carte which I like but I couldn’t have all 3 courses!

The pool is really well kept and looks into the beach.

The location is ideal if you don’t want be central as it’s an easy walk along the beach.

The location is perfect. You can enjoy the peace and quiet but still can reach restaurants and bars through a walk on the beach. Whenever you are on your balcony, in the pool, or in the restaurant, you can still enjoy the beautiful view of the sea. In addition to the wonderful staff, we can say that it was a great place to stay.

We really enjoyed everything about our stay here, the management was very helpful and responded to all our requests in speedy manner. The rooms were cleaned daily on very high standards and the location is exactly in the middle of all the happening spots in Hikkaduwa and everything was within walking distance.

Small but very cosy hotel on the Hikkaduwa beach. Enjoy the seaview from the balcony and sound atmosphere. Rooms are spacious and clean, nice design and 5 m ceilings in a King suite. The hotel also changed our one-day stay in the junior suite (first floor) to the King suite (upper floor with high ceiling) and we didn't need to move from one room to another on different days, thank you for that, we know that it was hard to arrange it in New Year eve. The staff is very friendly and competent, ready to help and always interested in improving their service. We enjoyed meeting 2023 in this hotel during the dinner and traditional lanka dances show.
