The best bit about staying here was Sumith, the owner/manager. He is very friendly and helpful. Always offering me coffee or tea and I felt any request I would have made, he would have done his best to help. I had many good conversations over coffee with him. I was a budget traveller in Sri Lanka but the rooms here were great, in fact the best finished and kept accommodation I had throughout the month I spent there. Across the road was a very local restaurant (no western or westernised dishes, just a selection of Sri Lankan curries in earthenware pots) where you could eat well with great local cuisine and plenty of it for Rp800 - 1000. Brilliant. The location is great for travelers arriving on a late flight or for departing flights. I took a Tuktuk to Kochchikade station and a train to the station by the airport and a Tuktuk to the airport, total cost less than Rp1,000

Friendly staff, and big room with balcony! We were allowed to check out late which was a life saver! Thank you- hope to come again.

For the money you pay for this hotel you probably not gonna find better option. Rooms are big and clean. Host is very polite and friendly. The price is more than reasonable. Best budget hotel I have seen.

Bella struttura a pochi passi dalla spiaggia, aria condizionata e camere curate. Ottima pulizia in relazione agli standard dello Sri Lanka. Oste gentilissimo e disponibile, nonostante avessimo prenotato alle 20 ci ha sistemato immediatamente la camera.
