Exceptionally friendly people. No problem to leave a bag for 2 weeks while I'm in the Galapagos. Security in front of the building
Basic but clean and comfortable. They accommodated us arriving at 2:30 am!

Clean, with a nice hot shower and a nice cold air-conditioning. Very helpful staff. Location felt much safer than I expected, even around 8 in the evening, when it's still busy at the main streets. It's a 20 minutes walk to the Malecon, which is by far the most interesting place in Guayaquil.
Great and comfortable place, and helpful with luggage storage for a few days. Also, laundry service available - ready within a few hours.
