Great hotel near most of the best attractions in the city.. the pool was absolutely amazing!

This hotel exceeded our expectations. Great buffet breakfast, large room, fast WIFI. Staff were great, and hotel is in a good area. Very reasonably priced for the value, and we would definitely return.

This is an exceptional hotel!! We stayed there twice for a total of 5 nights. Super clean, very good restaurant, outstanding buffet breakfast with new choices daily, strong Wi-Fi. Staff were super and spoke good English. The location is central and near sights.

I arrived at the hotel at 4am, super tired, the hotel arranged to pick me up even though my flight was delayed by 3 hrs. They were understanding and helpful about it, I loved that they contacted me to my personal number to keep up with the status of my flight and pick up arrangements. The room was spacious and comfortable bed and cleaned. The view of the garden with pool and a waterfall was a nice touch of the hotel. Friendly staff always showed me extra help. The location was so convenient and so close to restaurants, stores, tourist sites and malecon.
