Very clean and comfortable room with a nice view out over the river.
Great location within walking distance from Lotte Mall, restaurants and shops. LG Styler equipped in the room makes business travel a lot easier.

The cleanliness and warmth of the rooms during winter are particularly commendable. The staff's commitment to service is outstanding. A personal experience that highlights this dedication involved a car issue I faced. When my car developed low tire pressure, Mr. Hong Dohwan, a member of the hotel staff, assisted me. Despite it being Sunday and facing challenges in connecting with the car insurance company, Mr. Hong's persistent efforts and kindness ensured a smooth resolution to the problem. I am deeply grateful for his help and extend my sincere thanks for his exemplary service. I wholeheartedly recommend the Brown Dot Hotel Jinju to anyone visiting Jinju. I am eagerly looking forward to my next visit to this hotel.
