The staff were very responsive, friendly and helpful. The ambiance was fantastic and relaxed and security good. We had a great stay.

The property was comfortable and clean, and beautifully landscaped. Parking was easy and secure. There is an excellent restaurant next door where you can get breakfast, drinks, pizza, or a full meal. Access to the beach is from the yard--simply walk out the gate, hike over the dune and you're there.

Sedgefield is a great little town. Make sure you get to the Wild Oats Farmers Market on Saturday morning. Great fun and food.

Ruth lives in an adjacent building on site and is available when needed, and she is pleasant and easy to deal with.

Place was amazing, well equipped exceptionally clean. Place is safe and secure. We felt welcome from the second we drove in by the gate. I would recommend it to all my friends.
