Very nice place, warm, clean in the beautiful surroundings with great service. The owner is very friendly, he advise the place to go and he also drop us at the JR station on the snowing day at early morning after check out.
The most favorite part is the private onsen, it is very nice to come and soak in the onsen after snowboarding. Mr. Nanjo is very kind, he helped us with many things.
The view around the hotel after the snow falls is very beautiful. If I go to Hakuba again, I will definitely stay here again.
The twin room I stayed in was not very big and was right next to the stairs, so I could hear people walking at night and in the morning. But I really liked that there was a microwave and a kettle on the second floor.
The junior suite is very big, very convenient, separated between bedroom and living room, there is 1 bathroom and another room with bathtub.

Great inside and outside onsens, cozy rooms, everything was clean and tidy, great location and friendly staff.
The place looks new and clean. Room is well heated spacious. Just nice for 2pax with our snowboard equipments. Love the outdoor onsen. Has a small drying area, don’t see an area for waxing. 3-5mins walk to the shuttle bus station for the ski resort.
