Just 1640 feet from Hakuba Happo One Ski Resort, Rosenheim Hakuba offers skiing in the winter and tennis and cycling in the summer. Rooms include a sofa, flat-screen TV and private bathtub. Cozy rooms at Hakuba Rosenheim are air-conditioned and come with an electric kettle and green tea. Some offer views of the Japanese Alps. The hotel offers a free shuttle to/from JR Hakuba Train Station, which is 1.6 mi away. Hakuba Saegusa Museum is about a 15-minute walk, and Hakuba Botanical Garden is 3.1 mi away. Location was perfect, quaint ski lodge. Breakfasts were a great amenity. Walk to lifts and town every day/night.
Rosenheim Hakuba is in a fantastic location, just a few minutes walk to the Nakiyama lifts at Happo One Resort, making it easy to head back to the hotel for a quick break and then get back to the slopes. The staff was incredible, with some able to speak English. Every night, they have a happy hour with half-off drinks, which is a great touch. Echoland is just an 11-minute walk away, offering convenience stores, food trucks, shops, and bars. The hotel itself is quiet and peaceful, with a fantastic onsen, including an outdoor pool on the balcony where you can watch skiers on the mountain. The breakfast was also excellent, with plenty of options to choose from.

Amazing, everyone is so nice and caring the bathrooms may be a little small but it makes up for it by the amazing location, people, buffet breakfast and happy hour. 10/10 would not go anywhere else.
