A great location only a 10 minute walk to and from Nakano station. A nicely sized room considering average hotel sizes in Tokyo and a quiet, clean, safe residential neighborhood. The nearby conbinis are 7/11 and FamilyMart, as well as a nearby neighborhood pharmacy. The shops of Nakano broadway are especially convenient. Additionally, all the utilities provided were sufficient. The complimentary matcha kitkats upon arrival were a nice touch. The fridge works well and we also used the washer/dryer, which works. The detergent is behind the mirror in the bathroom. I will explain more about this in the next section. Overall, this is a great place to stay. I absolutely would book it again. Nakano is not part of the Yamanote Line but is just one stop off of it, so traveling around Tokyo is still convenient. Its worth the extra few minutes of commune to get this amount of room for this price along the more popular option of staying along the Yamanote line.

From booking until the time, all the guidance information is clear, so it's not difficult for us to find it. good location because it is close to the station, comfortable for walking, near area have Sevel, fam mart and places to eat, highly recommended.

This is an excellent hotel in a quiet neighborhood in a very quiet part of Tokyo. Check in was extremely easy - if you read the emails and instructions. There were not a lot of obvious tourists in the area so this is closer to 'real Japan' than if you go to other areas like Shinjuku. Location was extremely convenient. You can walk to the train station in about 8 minutes. There were restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. There is a huge shopping center within walking distance as well. Communication was excellent. When I sent a message it was always answered almost immediately. Excellent wi-fi.

Highly recommended! Near the train station, very spacious, clean, well maintained, it has all you need for longer stay.
