The hotel is situated in Ginza, close to shopping areas. The rooms are clean, and there’s convenient access to many metro lines nearby.
The staff are phenomenal. The room is good size, with a full bathroom you can move in. The restaurant is fantastic, with great food and wonderful service.
Staff is very helpful and caring. It has all the amenities expected from a high star hotel. They offered great pj's for the summer heat; so nice I wanted to buy a set. Breakfast is very good and tasty. Also, great Ramen across the street.
Great location in Ginza. 7/11, family mart and Lawson literally 1-2 minutes away. Ginza street very close by and several different train stations too. Starbucks Reserve (amazing croissants) is 5 minutes away. McDonald’s like 3 minutes.
Excellent price for family of 4. Can’t beat it. Also have laundry on 8th floor that you can do laundry without worrying someone might take your stuff bc the machines let you enter in your own lock code so others can’t open it. Ice machine and vending machines on every floor. Ice machine is handy bc we fill up our thermos every morning for the day ahead.
