Staff were helpful and it was a nice room. I was worried about smoke since it is a smoking hotel but my room was very clean and didn’t have any smell. Location was pretty good too, close to sugamo station plus the shopping street, and in a quiet neighborhood too
Perfect location; less than 10 minute walk from Sugamo Station and the neighborhood is very safe even at night. The staff were very nice and the hotel is surrounded by vending machines and local restaurants. The hotel locks the entrace after 6PM and you enter with a passcode, so you feel very safe during your stay.
Room was super clean , bathroom also . Bed was really comfortable, had AC , came with a small fridge, microwave, induction heater in case you want to cook your own food, a sink to wash hand/face ( not the one in the bathroom ) wifi work great. Nice price if you book early . Had a washing/ drying machine for your clothes on the first floor ( for a small fee )
Location was excellent! Staff was wonderful! Very clean and comfortable! Very near convenient stores and train station!
If you are looking for a good and affordable hotel this is the right choice is close to the station and they are a lot of restaurants near by
