The staff were very helpful and the location was amazing. By far the largest and most comfortable room we had during our stay in Japan.
Loved the soundproof walls and what a surprise of a huge jacuzzi tub with TV in the bath.
Very clean and comfortable queen size bed that fit both my hubby and I (I’m a big girl lol) it was big enough to move around without a problem. Staff very helpful and friendly.
Location is perfect - everything in Kabukicho is within walking distance. True to photos. Having the massage chair was also perfect since we walked around a lot. The best smelling body wash, shampoo, conditioner, lotion. The water the hotel uses is also free of minerals which makes the skin softer after every shower. Overall, will definitely book this hotel again when I go back to Tokyo.
