The location was perfect for what we needed. Great facilities within the hotel. You get all the free toiletries, tea, coffee, sugar etc to bring to your room. Free water and cups on each level. Slippers and Pyjamas as well. Room space is better than hotels in Tokyo.
The location close to the station was convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Stayed here for one night in-between a train ride and my flight out from KIX the next day. It was easy to find from Osaka station and satisfied my expectations.
The location very close to Umeda station, convenient for shopping and taking public transport. The airport limousine is 5 min walking distance, super!
We were staying 24 hours in Osaka, so this was a great place if you need to take the airplane the next day
