The hotel is located on the 15th floor and above so it offers a great view of the city. It sits in an upscale neighborhood and is relatively close (meaning about 8 min walk) to two metro stations. The room is clean and relatively updated. The service is prompt. The breakfast has a good selection of Japanese and Western food.
