Nice simple hotel, very clean, nice bed, nice onsen, amazing breakfast with so many options (even for vegetarians). The staff kept our bags after check-out and they were very friendly! Thank you for your hard work!

The hotel was a better kind of business hotel in Japan. The rooms were nice, but nothing special. Location was very good right between all attractions and station (walking distance but there is also the tram). The hotel had onsen but not for people with tattoos (they really should change this policy as many westerners have tattoos)

Breakfast was excellent. It has a lot of local dishes, which was great.

Onsen was good. WIFI secure and good speed. Plenty of fresh towels if you need and 2 pillows normal when you book a single room it means one pillow. Staff were good. Tram no.2 stop right out the front only 3 stops from the JR station. No noise.
