Excellent breakfast buffet with Japanese and Western choices.
Convenient shuttle takes you to train station and main shopping area.
Hot spring on 13th floor and half the rooms have great view of Sakurajima.
-Convenient paid parking 1000 yen per day, you can take your car out as often as you wish.
-While rooms are not modern, they are big, clean and spacious. Ours had an excellent view of Sakurajima.
-Staffs speak English and are extremely helpful - they helped us with all our luggages.

The view of Sakurajima from our room was fantastic. The staff were kind and helpful. The free shuttle bus was good because the location wasn’t near a train station or the main part of town. There were restaurants and a grocery very close by and the breakfast at the hotel was very good with a lot of choices. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. The spa was lovely and also had a great view. The staff was wonderful on the day we left because they arranged the taxi pick-up for us and gave us a box breakfast in exchange for our pre-paid breakfast which didn’t run early enough for us to have.
Breakfast is really good, lots of choices, onsen is good as well.
