Everything was so comfortable and we enjoyed the beautiful hotel. We really liked the style! The breakfast was very good with a mix of Japanese and western style. The rooms very clean and comfortable, and the location is close to Chinatown and the Dutch area.

The hospitality of the staff was excellent. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable.

Clean room. Very polite and helpful staff. Food was good. The location was perfect to get into and out of the city also close to the harbour for quite peaceful strolls in the night. Just check the room size based on your needs. Else everything was very good.

Stayed for 2 nights with breakfast included and was very happy with the experience: Hotel staff were attentive, accommodating and helpful throughout my stay. Check-in/check-out were smooth and efficient, staff were able to speak english and were helpful with the car parking. Room was of good size, enough to open up 2 large luggages. Breakfast was great with Japanese and some international options. WiFi was good. Location of Hotel is within short walking distance (5 to 10 mins) from various attractions such as Glover Garden, Chinatown. Overall experience is great.

Staff was most helpful with the parking, with giving us dining alternatives when the hotel restaurant was closed, with lending us umbrellas when it started raining. A very atmospheric property reflecting Portuguese/European style as it might have been in the 17th century. Well located.
