The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was particularly good
It was also very good value, the cheapest hotel I have had in two weeks
There were free coffee bags along with cream powder and sugar. This is not common in a Japanese hotel so it was a very pleasant surprise. Also the reception clerk recommended an excellent place to go to for dinner.
Very helpful people at reception. Especially one member of staff in particular who spoke excellent English. He was able to help us with changing our plans because of the typhoon in central Japan.
Very good breakfast, close to the train station. Ice machine.
Room was pretty good, and located close to Nagasaki Station. You can walk to china town, the dutch island (forgot its name, but very cool!) among other things. The bus stop for the Nagasaki mountain view is also very close by.
The room had a coffee machine, good desk space, and a really great view, which is always nice. Room service was timely and very good.
