Amazing Japanese breakfast. Awesome staff. Helped us tremendously as we traveled with disabled person.
Location of the hotel is fantastic and hard to beat! Right above Shinsaibashi metro station and close to all the shopping/eating areas. Room is small but enough space for your suitcase and shopping bags. Staff are polite and helpful and the hotel, although a bit date is nice and clean.
Great location and spacious room. Hotel staff is attentive and professional, unlike some of the discounted hotels. I really enjoyed staying there.
The location was great. And the concierge was so helpful in providing directions and assistance in all aspects whenever needed!
Awesome hotel in a perfect location.
The staff were really nice. They let us drop off our bags early. Room was a little larger and nicer than most of the other places we've stayed at, so far, during our trip to Japan. The street right in front of the hotel was very nice to go for a walk in the evening. It was easy to walk to and from Namba, where there were lots of good bars and restaurants.
