The breakfast was good but the dinner was awesome. So many choices and very reasonable prices. A robot delivered some meals. Although we declined daily cleaning, we had fresh towels everyday. Also extra amenities were available downstairs. Free coffee was good. Concierge people at front desk were helpful. My brother loved the public bath. As per our request, our room was near the elevator. Thank you.

I think it was very centric, the metro station and bus station were super close to the hotel just 1 or 2 minutes walking. The staff was friendly. The facilities were perfect.

It is a short walk from train and bus stations. There is a konbini nearby. The place is very clean and new. There is in-house public bath. The staff were very friendly.

The hotel staff was very friendly through the language barrier. They went the extra mile to make sure I knew of everything the hotel had to offer.
