Conveniently close to Tokyo station. Friendly staff members who speak English well which made it easy to communicate with.

The location, the concierge, the hotel room design. 10/10. Goto-San and the staff at concierge went above and beyond showing us where the closest drug store was for our pollen allergies. Really blown away by the level of care!
This is a wonderful hotel just across the street from the Toyota Train Station. Staff were superb. Pay a little extra to get a larger room.
Everything is perfect.
The hotel is easy to locate on the street and the high level make the room quiet to stay.
The location is perfect for traveler to Fujiyama because the express bus stop is on the other side of the Street. Tokyo station is near for purchasing ticket as well.
