Clean, close to two train stations and lovely staff!

Staff nice, a lot of free stuff (ice pop, coffee, toiletries, etc.) at the reception, luggage storage, private and clean bathroom. Nearby train station, convenience stores and good restaurants.

The hotel was great! Perfect location because not only was the hotel really close to the Nishi Nippori station, the particular station was in the middle of where you would want to go. Our room was perfect for our family of 5. I especially loved the outdoor balcony, it was spacious. It was clean, and we appreciated the new towels and emptying of the trash from our room. The staff were friendly and helpful and spoke English. We also enjoyed the free ice cream, and water, and extra amenities. All in all our stay was awesome and I recommend the hotel.

The desk staff spoke enough English to answer our questions and he was friendly. He also helped us with taxi service. I would return to this hotel in the future. The ice cream in the lobby was a nice touch.
