Convenient location, nice amenities and public onsen, great hotel staff/front desk that helped send my lost item to another hotel after I contacted them. Helped me with restaurant reservations too.
I like the design of the room. Separate sink, bathtub and shower contains both modern and traditional Japanese style. Laundry machine is very clean
Very friendly and helpful staff. 5 minutes walk from the train station. Good and modern facilities. Spacious rooms.
Excellent hotel within a few minutes walk from the train station using the underground walkway. Hotel has an onsen which we used every night. Decor is modern and comfortable.
